The meat Packing Area is of fundamental importance
to our Company in order to guarantee the ideal
continuous cycle, from meat boning to processing
to preparation, Ruf Carni oversees these phases
through butchers professionally trained inside
the company and specifically assigned to this
phase of processing.
During meat packing
operations, a special attention is placed
on the Quality Assurance procedures which
Ruf Carni S.p.A. and S.I.C.P.A. follow
in complying with the company policies,
so much so that both Ruf Carni S.p.A. and
S.I.C.P.A. have obtained quality certification.
The participation in the KOMETA 99 ZRT,
a Hungarian pig slaughtering and salami
processing company, completes the range
of products we offer to our customers.
Thanks to an excellent Quality-competitive
price ratio given to the large retail distribution,
we are capable to meet also requests from
