It is since 1861 that RUF CARNI S.p.A. Company operates various processes of slaughtering and boning by training in-house professionally motivated butchers and with a special attention on the industry technological innovations.

The boning department organisation is capable of processing a daily quantity of 40 tons of products with 9 cold storages assigned to the conservation of refrigerated and frozen products and equipped with 2 freezing tunnels; with a total storage capacity for third parties of 10,000 Tons.

Through Partnership established with the KOMETA 99 ZRT slaughtering company in Kaposvar, Hungary, the main activity of Ruf Carni S.p.A. is concentrated on the processing and marketing of beef: import from South America of refrigerated and frozen boned cuts, milk-fed veal import from Holland and, in particular, boning and marketing of Polish raised beef meat.
