The Company legal head office is located in Lovere (Bergamo), Via Gregorini, 41, while the operating plant and offices are located in Verolanuova (Bs), Via Kennedy, 66; at the same site is also located the S.I.C.P.A. S.r.l. (Italian Company for Agricultural Products Preservation) Company warehouses, 97% owned by the same Ruf Carni S.p.A. Company.

S.I.C.P.A. S.r.l. Company owns a property of 13,570 m² completely built, inside of which have been set-up a boning department capable of boning 40 tons of meats daily, nr. 9 cold storages allocated to storing refrigerated or frozen products and nr. 2 freezing tunnels; with a capacity of storing 10,000 Tons of goods for third parties.

Both Ruf Carni S.p.A as well as S.I.C.P.A. Srl companies hold quality certifications.

In addition, Ruf Carni S.p.A. owns and interests in KOMETA 99 ZRT Company in the business of pork slaughtering and salamis production with head office in Kaposvar in Hungary which, through slaughtering and processing of about 10,000 heads of pigs a week is the third company in Hungary in the industry.
The main business activity of Ruf Carni S.p.A. is marketing and processing beef meats: import of refrigerated and frozen boned meat sections from South America, import of milk-fed veal from Holland and, in particular, marketing and boning of beef from Poland.

Purchasing meat in Poland is a fundamental part of our business and it is done through a procedure which guarantees us the assurance of receiving a good quality product; in fact, we provide in buying live stock which is then slaughtered on our behalf.
Currently meat originating from Poland is very much appreciated for its excellent quality because it is raised by small farmers and, best of all, it is raised by utilising very biological systems, which lately have been appreciated for their good results.
Our client base is made up not only by small and medium sizes butcher shops but also large retail markets and catering companies.
