built, inside of which have been set-up
a boning department capable of boning 40
tons of meats daily, nr. 9 cold storages
allocated to storing refrigerated or frozen
products and nr. 2 freezing tunnels; with
a capacity of storing 10,000 Tons of goods
for third parties.
S.I.C.P.A. Srl too
holds a quality certification.
The main activity of Ruf Carni S.p.A. is
concentrated on the processing and marketing
of beef: import from South America of refrigerated
and frozen boned cuts, milk-fed veal imported
from Holland and, in particular, boning
and marketing of Polish raised beef meat.
