S.I.C.P.A. Srl (Italian
Company for Agricultural Products Preservation)
is a certified Company (held for 97% by
Ruf Carni S.p.A.) and owner of a property
of 13,570 m² completely built-up inside
of which have been set-up a boning department
capable of boning 40 tons of meats daily,
nr. 9 cold storages allocated to storing
refrigerated or frozen products and nr.
2 freezing tunnels; with an overall capacity
of storing 10,000 Tons of goods for third
parties.
In addition, Ruf Carni
S.p.A. holds an interest in KOMETA 99 ZRT,
a slaughtering and salami producing company
located in Kaposvar, Hungary, which through
slaughtering and processing of about 10,000
heads per week, is the third company in
the sector.
